Company History & Timeline
For over four decades, Innoto Engineering has built high-quality landmarks across Sri Lanka, evolving from a small consulting firm into a national construction giant.
1984 — Incorporation
Founded as Innoto Engineering by Prof. Sandun Bandara with a focus on small-scale bridge designs, concrete foundation plans, and structural integrity reports.
1993 — Infrastructure Diversification
Secured first major governmental highway expansion and bridge girder installation contract, establishing our reputation for logistical capability.
2002 — Apollo Hospital Landmark
Constructed the Apollo Hospital in Colombo, which won the prestigious IFAWPCA Gold Medal for construction speed and design execution.
2011 — High-Rise Construction
Entered the commercial residential high-rise market, constructing towers like the Fairway SkyGardens in Rajagiriya, introducing green sky-gardens to Colombo.
2018 — CIDA Grade CS2 Status
Officially recognized with the Grade CS2 rating (the highest tier in civil engineering) by the Construction Industry Development Authority, cementing our position as a tier-1 contractor.
