Our board comprises ten Executive Directors and two Independent Non-Executive Directors, meeting monthly to steer corporate strategy, major investments, and site risk management.
Prof. Sandun Bandara
Founder & Chairman
A graduate of the University of Ceylon and former Captain in the Sri Lanka Army. Under his visionary leadership over the past 40 years, Innoto grew from a local consultancy to a tier-1 contractor.
Dr. Clara Thorne
Executive Director - Structures
With a PhD in structural concrete fatigue and 20 years of international consultancy experience, she leads the high-rise design group and oversees BIM Level 2 compliance.
Anura Rajapakse
Executive Director - Infrastructure
Over 30 years of civil engineering execution experience. He directly coordinates all national highway construction, bridge foundations, and water irrigation projects.
